These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Riverbend Landscapes & Tree Service website and related lead-capture forms (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Riverbend Landscapes & Tree Service is a locally owned tree care company headquartered in Sterling, Virginia, serving Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Our work is led by ISA Certified Arborists and a Maryland Licensed Tree Expert.
Estimate requests submitted through the Site are not binding contracts. They are requests for an on-site evaluation. After we evaluate your property, we will provide a written, fixed-price quote. Work begins only after you accept that quote.
Pricing examples shown on the Site are illustrative only. Actual pricing depends on tree size, access, proximity to structures, equipment required, and other site-specific factors.
When you submit an estimate request, you consent to be contacted by Riverbend by phone, text message, or email about your request. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Service-related communications (scheduling, on-site coordination, invoicing) are not considered marketing.
The 24/7 emergency hotline is staffed every day of the year, but response time varies based on volume, weather, and severity. We do our best to be on-site within hours for most DC metro emergencies, but we do not guarantee a specific response window. If life or property is at imminent risk, call 911 first.
Riverbend carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of Insurance are available on request prior to any work. Our Maryland Licensed Tree Expert credential is registered with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
All content on the Site, including text, photographs of crews and completed work, certification badges, logos, and the Riverbend brand, is owned by Riverbend or licensed for our use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content without our written permission, except for normal personal browsing.
The Site may link to third-party websites (map providers, social profiles, certifying organizations). We are not responsible for content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the Site is provided for general guidance and should not be relied on as a substitute for an on-site assessment by a Certified Arborist.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Riverbend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to fifty US dollars ($50). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for the actual tree care work we perform on your property, which is governed by your signed work agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Riverbend, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of- law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
